Your main goal is simple:

You’ll do this by:

1. Taking ownership of our existing marketing systems and processes quickly
2. Sharpening and aligning our external communication to consistently reflect the LummeCo brand
3. Developing and running our digital marketing engine — hands-on, not from the sidelines

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Your values align with ours and you genuinely fit our culture
• You’re entrepreneurial by nature — or have an entrepreneurial background. You’re willing to learn and get your hands dirty with whatever needs to be done to achieve the goal
• You’re highly execution-oriented and comfortable making independent decisions
• You’re good with people and can work with all kinds of personalities

What skills are we looking for?

• The ability to learn extremely quickly
• The ability to form your own opinions and to argue them
• Strategic and commercial thinking
• A strong aesthetic and visual sense
• The ability to measure digital marketing performance and make the right decisions based on the data
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience
• Language skills: English + two of the following: Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish

We also value

• Graphic design skills — the ability to create a wide range of visual materials using different tools
• Photography skills
• Website skills

Salary & location

• €3,200–5,000/month, depending on experience and skills
• Performance-based bonuses €10–20k annually
• Possibility of equity ownership
• You can work from one of our offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Turku or Oslo — or remotely
